Watch from home or follow the instructions in the FUNTopics Magazine (Winter 2024) and download the video for your personel Library.

"Great Time for Collecting" This is the theme for the 70^th Annual FUN Convention in January. The FUN Board is lining up some new educational demonstrations for January. Timothy Grat will be giving Mini-Mint demonstartions. He intends to show the attendees of FUN the minting process from fabrication of the molten metal to a finished commerative medallettes for the show attendees, while demonstrating the entire minting process through history. Mr Grat is the operations manager for Landis Studios, formally known as the Gallery Mint. Randy Campbell has already lined up 11 Educational Seminars that will be presented Thursday through Saturday.

Have you ever wanted become to be a certified Exhibition Judge for a coin show. In January you will have that opportunity as Bret Irick has confirmed he will be teaching a Certification Class during the FUN show. Dates and time will be published on this site as soon as they are announced.

The U.S. has informed us that they would like to attend the FUN show in January but at present they cannot confirm that attendance. This has become a common problem with them and usually its dependant upon their travel budget which gets renewed every October. Other invited and confirmed attendees are: Mike Bean and his Spider Press, Dennis Boggs as Abe Lincoln, Pat McBride as Benjamin Franklin, and Curt Radabaugh as George Washington. The Piedmont Gold Panners will be onsite teaching the tricks of the trade from the 19th century. Cindy Calhoun will be making elongated cents for the attending public and Sam Gelberd will helping out at the Coins & Kids booth and will be organizing the scavenger hunt for our junior collectors.

If you are a member of one the many coin clubs in Florida FUN can assist your club in paying for a charter bus to attend the FUN Convention. Just complete the Club Bus Trip to FUN Application and return it to FUN BEFORE December 1st.

If you are interested in having a booth at the 70^th FUN Convention you will need to contact Katie Williams. As a new feature for our dealers we have implemented a digital payment system. On the FUN Convention tab click on the Pay Bourse Fees link and submit your table fees directly to Katie. You will also be able to pay for the annual membership and several other items. A 3% convenience fee will apply. For our dealers who utilize the FUN Pages to make periodic food runs for their tables you might want to consider getting a prepaid credit card for the pages to use at the convention centers food courts. The Orange County Convention Center is a CASHLESS facility.

For faster processing through public registration, please complete prior to arriving at the the Public Registration booth. If you forget to bring this form, there will be copies at public registration. The information given to public registration will remain private and will not be distributed, sold or stored in a digital format. Registration of our dealers will remain the same as in previous conventions.

The opening ceremony for the 70^th Annual FUN convention will start at 9:45 a.m. Thursday January 11 ^th 2025.

The Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) has developed a mobile App to help you navigate the convention center. This download link (OCCC App Download) will help you find your way around the convention center. View transportation options. List the events, give you a 3D view of the inside of the facilities to help you locate the bathrooms and the permanently stationed food locations.

Our hotel housing bureau will never call or email requesting you book your room and they will never post a deadline to book. Avoid the scammers and book ONLY through the FUN website.
